Cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 28 days before the planned arrival: The Guest has the right to cancel the reservation free of charge. In the event of cancellation within this period, the Landlord will refund 100% of the paid funds (both the deposit and the full amount if the Guest has paid for the reservation in full in advance). The refund will be made within 7 business days to the account from which the payment was made. Cancellation between 28 and 14 days before the planned arrival: In the event of cancellation within this period, the Guest will lose 50% of the value of the deposit paid. If the Guest has paid for the reservation in full (100%), the Landlord will refund the entire amount less half of the required deposit. Cancellation less than 14 days before the planned arrival: In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show at the property (no-show), the entire deposit paid is forfeited to the Lessor. Possibility to change the booking date. If a cancellation is made between 28 and 14 days before arrival, instead of canceling the reservation, the Guest may request a one-time change of date without losing the deposit. The new booking date must be completed within the same calendar year as the original booking. After this period, the deposit is irrevocably forfeited. Date changes are only possible if there are available dates at the Landlord's facilities. Reservation transfers are made on a day-for-day basis (equivalent to the number of nights) and adhere to the following pricing rules: Transfer to a date with a higher rate (e.g., from low to high season): This is only possible after the Guest pays the difference in price. The new price will be calculated according to the price list applicable to the newly selected date. Transfer to a date with the same or lower rate: This takes place without any price changes, based on the value of the original booking. If the stay is transferred to a cheaper period, the Guest is not entitled to a refund of the difference in price.
